She has served in several club officer roles and district roles since then including District Treasurer, Conference Chair, District Webmaster, Division Governor, Lieutenant Governor Marketing, Lieutenant Governor Education & Training and District Director. She is a Web Designer, Consultant and speaker and enjoys sharing her stories of living "Blindsighted" with her audiences. About Me: Lois is the majority owner of Chelsea Information Systems, Inc. (Chelsea), an international software company which has been in business for over 30 years. Lois’s previous employment includes KPMG Peat Marwick, where she was one of the youngest CPA senior audit managers. Lois’extensive work as a District Vice President with the American Business Women’s Association, KPMG and Chelsea provided Lois quite a bit of knowledge about teamwork and leadership.
Lois is also the Vice President of Membership in her Toastmaster home club, Club Awesome, President in her second club Outspoken Toastmasters and she is a charter member and Vice President of Membership in Online Presenters. Lois was also the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 District Finance Manager.

About Me: Aimee is the South Florida Business Development rep for ProNet Group. ProNet is a forensic engineering firm, handling inspections in the property insurance claims business. What she loves about her job is cultivating and maintaining client relationships. She enjoys being out in the field, meeting with clients, hosting events, and bringing in business. Toastmasters is a method that Aimee enjoys growing and learning from. She initially joined to become comfortable speaking in front of a large audience. What she has found in Toastmasters surpasses just learning to speak publically. It is a journey of self-discovery, leadership training, accountability, and growth.

About Me: Matt is the CEO of MK Tech Group in Coral Springs, Florida, which he started in 2007. Kinsey oversees all aspects of his IT consulting firm that services small and medium-sized businesses in the South Florida area. Kinsey holds a master’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix, Arizona. He has a certificate in strategic management and was recognized with the Silver Beaver and Vigil Honor awards for his work with the Boy Scouts of America. As a Boy Scout volunteer for 20 years, he has held numerous positions within the organization including district chairman and event chairman. A Toastmaster since 2003, Kinsey is a charter member of his home club, Outspoken Toastmasters, in Coral Springs. He has held a number of high-profile leadership positions within Toastmasters and has attained the Distinguished Toastmaster designation—the highest level of educational achievement in the organization. “I have learned that to be most successful, you need to lead with your heart and not your head,” he says. “There is no finer program than Toastmasters for helping people build their self-confidence, communication and leadership skills.” As a member of the Toastmasters International Board of Directors, Kinsey is a “working ambassador” for the organization.
