About Me: Jeanine has been a member of Toastmasters since August 2006. She has served in several club officer roles and district roles since then including District Treasurer, Conference Chair, District Webmaster, Division Governor, Lieutenant Governor Marketing, Lieutenant Governor Education & Training and District Director. She is a Web Designer, Consultant and speaker and enjoys sharing her stories of living "Blindsighted" with her audiences. She is also very active in her church and in the Boy Scouts and enjoys hiking, camping and reading in her spare time. She has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

About Me: Lois Margolin, CPA recently sold her software company of 30+ years.  She is now the proud President of Lois Margolin, LLC.  A concierge accounting firm specializing in bookkeeping and acting as Chief Financial Officer for small to mid-size companies.
 
Lois has been an officer in at least one of her club’s since she joined in 2012.  She is currently a member of 3 brick and mortar clubs and 1 online club.  She is the Immediate Past President of her Online Presenters club which she helped charter a few years ago, the Treasurer of Outspoken Toastmasters and Vice President of Membership of Club Powerspeakers.  She has been Vice President of Membership over 10 times and has sponsored in excess of 90 people.  Lois’ latest accomplishment was coaching a club from 4 members to 21 members in under 5 months.  Lois was also the District Finance Manager (3 times) the immediate past District Contest Chair for Florida and Technical Support Co-Chair. 
 
Lois is our Division B Director.
 
Lois loves Toastmaster’s because it provides her the opportunity to mentor people and help them discover their inner light.  She believes there is nothing more rewarding than helping people find their confidence and voice.

About Me:  Peter has been speaking professionally since 2005 and joined Toastmasters at Club Outspoken in 2012 to continue to work on skill sets and develop new skills to improve delivering from the platform.  Peter is Outspoken Toastmasters current Club President. Peter states: "Over the years I have watched many people come to Toastmasters, of all skill levels from beginner to professional, and watched some extraordinary transformations in their ability to speak in public.  As they say, people join Toastmasters to learn to speak out in the work world, where better speaking skills can easily translate to more income."
In June 2020, Peter was awarded the highest award available in the Toastmasters Program, The Distinguished Toastmaster Award; Peter Palmer, DTM!!!

Matt Kinsey, DTM

About Me: Matt is the CEO of MK Tech Group in Coral Springs, Florida, which he started in 2007. Kinsey oversees all aspects of his IT consulting firm that services small and medium-sized businesses in the South Florida area. Kinsey holds a master’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix, Arizona. He has a certificate in strategic management and was recognized with the Silver Beaver and Vigil Honor awards for his work with the Boy Scouts of America. As a Boy Scout volunteer for 20 years, he has held numerous positions within the organization including district chairman and event chairman. A Toastmaster since 2003, Kinsey is a charter member of his home club, Outspoken Toastmasters, in Coral Springs. He has held a number of high-profile leadership positions within Toastmasters and has attained the Distinguished Toastmaster designation—the highest level of educational achievement in the organization. “I have learned that to be most successful, you need to lead with your heart and not your head,” he says. “There is no finer program than Toastmasters for helping people build their self-confidence, communication and leadership skills.” As a member of the Toastmasters International Board of Directors, Kinsey is a “working ambassador” for the organization. He works with the Board to develop, support and modify the policies and procedures that guide Toastmasters International in fulfilling its mission.
